I have gone to the Chicken Shack quite a few times. The chicken fingers have a nice, crispy, batter on them. Not too hard and not too soft. It has a nice, sit down atmosphere and food usually comes out hot. My only critique is the french 🍟. They are not bad, but not great either. The taste of the oil in the fries does not compliment the chicken. I love the food and it's a little more expensive that normal fast food places. But the fries are why I can't give it 5 stars.
Let me start off by saying it was a big disappointment. I spent $65 bought a number #6 combo and a family meal for $45 was not worth it. The fries was so so soooooo salty that my 9, and 14 month old was Choking on the amount of salt. My 16 year old threw up my husband's meal fries had more salt he couldn't even eat them. The chicken was over cooked even adding the sauce on the chicken it wasn't enough. So I went out and found this homeless man at the park and he threw the fries away and said thank you but your trying to kill me with them salty as* fries. We are a big fan of fries and chicken but NEVER again will I go back Cook better Do better
I've bee coming here for a long time. Always get 6 wing combo with all flats. The nice girl says they don't do that anymore. I said "why?...and she tells me new management. Get my order and the fries are less than half of what they used to be. Bad new management. On the plus side the wings were as good as ever. I probly will get my wings elsewhere tho
The chicken was delicious, the fries were fantastic. I could barely read the menu though, made it a bit hard to make a decision, could've been my eyes, could've been the sun glare. Will be back but, I'll probably have to read the menu online first!
The food is fine, but the evening staff is terrible. I was given a dirty look when coming in 30 mins before closing and didn't want to deal with it. I try to call for pickup anytime after 8pm and they never answer their phone...where the heck is the management here? Is this how you urn a successful establishment?
