I have been going to Straight From Philly for years and have gone through when owners have changed hands. The food is consistently great. The customer service with the current owners is more than great. Not only the cheese steak are 5 stars but the garlic parm fries are worth ordering. Enjoy.
Garlic fries were a bit more oily than normal but still great. Philly fries... not so much. Very under seasoned. This day was not their best. But they still get five stars, because you cant be perfect everyday. I eat here couple times a month (and it shows). We all have off days sometimes. Food is still amazing every time till now. Still going back. Keep up the good work.
Love this place. Love their burgers, philliys steaks, chili fries ,fire dragon fries. There's nothing there that would not like. Great service.
Employees were incredibly rude both in person and over the phone. Never read the order back to us when we ordered, never asked what kind of cheese we wanted on our sandwiches knowing that they had different types of cheeses. The food was cold and very crudely put together. Food was inedible. Ordered almost 70 dollars worth of food and was verbally attacked by two men when we went to pick up our order. For two grown men to come from behind the counter to attack two women for simply asking questions about the menu is ridiculous and extremely uncalled for. Will DEFINITELY not be going back.
First time visiting this place. Placed the order online via their website, person at the front counter was very friendly and welcoming. When we got the food home in about 8 minutes the fries were steaming hot, sandwich was still warm and mushrooms were hot and delicious. Have a good special where you can get two cheesesteaks, two fries and they're big, and two drinks for 22 bucks, great deal. Parking's a little tricky you can't enter through water Street you have to enter through lake Mead boulevard, we will be back. They were all wearing mask.
