Was ok, nothing special...
Just went back to Skinny fats to use my credit from a previous visit and the customer service was phenomenal. They were in the process of making their banana pudding which out of all the great things on the menu is the main reason I go. Terrific service from Ayala(I think) definitely recommend this place!
Place was nice, very different atmosphere that had this cool vibe. I would say it’s a mix between a dine in restaurant and a sports bar in a way. I ordered the classic burger medium well, and to my surprise the chef hit the medium well just right, so props to the chef. My gf ordered the Mean Bean burger which is vegan, she said it was really good. The sauce on it was very tasty too. We also ordered 2 kids meals for the girls, one was the burger the other was the chicken fingers. One thing I didn’t like is that drinks are not included in any meals, not even the Kids “Meal”. They are separate. It was also a bit expensive for the type of food you get. Other than that everything was pretty nice. The decor painting on the walls, it was dog friendly outside on the patio and overall very clean. And go for the Cane Cola, that was good stuff!
Really good food. The line was a bit long but it was the middle of lunch and food is made to order. I got the recommended spice for the chicken sandwich and it was just right, might go hotter next time. The Mac and cheese is really the bomb
It was our 1st time eating at Skinny Fats. The staff was extremely friendly, demonstrated high energy, & was welcoming. My son & I both ordered the chickawaffadopolis. The chicken was hot, delicious, & perfectly seasoned. The waffles would’ve been great too, but was cold actually. We also shared the truffle fries. They were an excellent value & were tasty, but also cold. We would probably give this place another try though just because the service was fantastic.
