Service is just as important as the quality of your food. We walked in, were poorly greeted & waited 10 minutes for absolutely nothing. No one came to take drink orders or even to say we'll be right with you. Nothing. There were only 2 other tables with customers and 1 already had their food. 1 star cause 0 is not an option. It may be delicious, but now we will never know

2nd time I've been there and I like it. I appreciate the staff doing their best to follow CDC guidelines while staying open. Their food portions are generous for the price and have a good balanced flavor. We leave full every time.

Small hidden gem located in the walmart shopping center. The food is very delicious, authentic taste. So glad we've found this place. Highly recommend it!

Used to be one of our favorite places. Went in to have dine in as absolutely no one was in the restaurant also called before to request reservation. I was told over the phone 15-20min was good for dine in. After walking in, greeted with “what do you want.” Secondly informing we called in to request done in, she pointed at a table and said sit I’ll come after packing orders. After 15 min of sitting no one came to us. Literally we were the only 2 people in restaurant. Then when we did ask if we order online, call or how to order the lady informed us I’m to busy with to go orders I’ll come when I can. Immediately came to our table and first thing said to us was “I don’t know when you will get your food we are to busy.” I have never left a bad review as I previously worked in the service industry, but as the only people in your restaurant you would think customer service would be different. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

We ate here last week because we needed to hit up the Galleria Mall. Drove from IKEA. Googled and found this place. Decided to try it because I REALLY wanted pho. We typically get our pho from Pho Kim Long and we’re picky on broth since we’re Asian and can make it at home. Anyway, once we got there we were greeted by an older woman (maybe owner?). As other diners said, reception wasn’t very warm. We (family of 4) were the only diners around 3:15 pm. Ordered: 1 combo pho 1 well-done beef pho 1 order of spring rolls 1 combo fried rice It took about 10 minutes to get our spring rolls. The kids loved it. I am obsessed with their spring roll sauce. Best we’ve had so far in Vegas! It’s got a slight spicy kick to it and it’s not super thick. Would order this again for sure. Hubby loved his combo pho. I LOVE their broth! Omg. It’s got a sweeter kick to it and I love that! I didn’t add any hoisin or sriracha. Meat was plentiful (I notice Pho Kim Long meat and noodle portions are VERY small for what they consider a large size - ugh). I’m amazed at the pho broth quality here. I’d eat here more regularly if it wasn’t 30 minutes away! Combo fried rice was delicious but not a lot of meat, which was surprising. Maybe 6 pieces of shrimp total but the other meats were minced. It was like a fried rice with small bits or chicken or beef (smaller than the size of a pea). That was the only disappointment but the flavor was definitely there. 5/5 for the pho and spring rolls. Towards the end of our dining experience the older lady was warmer in personality. Would definitely come back in the future. Just wish we didn’t live so far away. What a great hidden gem in Henderson!!
