The food and service here is excellent! The garlic knots are a MUST, the pizza and pasta are delicious and the staff are friendly and kind. A great local spot in the heart of Water Street.
I placed an order and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:18 pm. I received a text at 6:19 informing me it was ready. When I went in to pick up the pizzas, they tell me it's going to be 10 minutes. While waiting those 10 minutes, I received 2 notification telling me my order is ready but it wasn't. At 6:35, I received my order and brought it home only to be disappointed. The large meat lover, which was over $23, barely had any meat on it and most of the crust was burned and crunchy. The rest of the dough was tough and dry with very little sauce. This was only our second visit to this place and the first time wasn't a great experience either. I am a huge believer in supporting local businesses, especially a traditional family owned business, but this ones not getting my business again.
I think I already gave them a five star review for Dinner. Well they get another 5 star review for lunch! Everyone that works here is so friendly, being a New Yorker myself it feels a little bit like home! The food is amazing and the portions are large. If you walk out hungry that's your own Damm fault!
This was my first time at this restaurant. Everything was the finest New York Italian style food I have tasted in the valley. Service is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or family dinner. The deserts are fantastic, especially the New York Cheesecake.
We love Fratelli’s. The crust, sauce, and flavors are just what we like in a pizza! The white pizza is my personal favorite, but recently my kids wanted to try a BBQ chicken pizza. While they don’t have that specific flavor, they were more than willing to create an alternative option. My kids new favorite pizza is their fried chicken pizza - with no red sauce and fried chicken. Thank you Fratelli’s.
