Had Fratelli's for the first time tonight. Honestly I was very impressed. The pizza was great...I loved the chew of the crust. Garlic knots with marinara were AMAZING. I didn't try the rice balls but the family enjoyed them very much. We topped off the dinner with cheesecake slices and even the teen who normally doesn't like cheesecake ate her whole piece. Needless to say we will definitely add Fratelli's to our dinner rotation. Thank you for a great dinner and keep up the great food.
Don’t waste your time. They offer specials online and don’t honor them or seem to know anything about them. Try one of the other pizza places on water street. This place does not seem to really care whether they get business or not. It’s too bad that during this crazy time in our world right now you have some businesses that would rather lose customers than work hard to provide good customer service and want customers to come back.
Wife and I tried this new place. Man was it delicious. My new favorite pizza in the Valley. It did take a while to get our food but the wait was definitely worth it. I'm assuming this is because it's new and they are getting into the groove of things. I will be back for sure. The Nonna pizza is a must try.
Thought we would try the new business on water “Fratelli’s “ pizza kitchen. My wife and I walked out after one hour waiting for an Hawaiian pizza, it never came . I did pay the bill , so to not to run out without paying The bill. After not receiving the food. I probably did not have to pay but I was so upset, I just wanted to pay and leave. If this is the service I can expect from this place , I will not be back. There are many Italian restaurants in close proximity to this location ,so Going to another is no problem. We sat for an hour drinking the water they served us , which ended up costing me $20. If they don’t get there act together, the for rent sign will soon be on the window again. “PRETTY DISAPPOINTING “
Waiting for an hour for 2 pizzas. They told us the food was almost ready and 20 minutes later we heard them putting our pizzas in the oven and told us it would be another 12 minutes. They apologized and said somebody should have warned us about the wait. No. They should have better kitchen organization. I don’t want 10% off because they are slow. I want my food. Pizza came out and the crust was over cooked and hard. I got a buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken tasted like frozen Tyson chicken. Over all not impressed and not going back.
