Its been almost a week since I tasted the deliciousness at EAT! Wow everything was divine!! The crumbly dense yet light cinnamon biscuits were baked to perfection with a side of strawberry compote for dipping that is still making my mouth water. I NEED THE RECIPE! All the other food we ordered was amazing too! Great atmosphere! They take food seriously here I love it!!! I live in AZ and cant wait to have a seat at EAT in Las Vegas once more.
We were there on Saturday May 21, 2022 for brunch. First thing I noticed when we walked in was how loud the music was playing. I hate having to fight the music to be heard while dining. Very loud music at a club is one thing, but definite not in an eatery. A big minus for me. I think their pork chop dish was the best on the menu. Order when you can since it seems to be the first to go in the kitchen. It came with this incredibly golden, crunchy thick toast (best toast I ever had) with order of two eggs and chunky potatoes. The pork chops were moist and tender and the gravy that came in a cup was very good. I really enjoyed my order. There is no parking lot, so we parked on the metered street ($3.75). Menu pricing was not for every day but for people on vacation, it was worth it. Seating was spaced apart and not too crowded. Will I go back? Yes.
Visiting from out of town and my friend took me here for lunch. She’s a regular and enjoyed the prime rib hash. I had the BLT. It was spectacular. I would definitely come here again. I wanted to try the pancakes but I was on a different time zone so lunch it was.
I ordered the biscuits & gravy but the gravy wasn't the normal style of country sausage gravy in appearance or taste. The bacon was great, the eggs were great, and I had a side of grits that was pretty standard. Overall, I enjoyed the place but I'd probably order something else if I go back like the truffle egg sandwich.
Simple menu, delicious food, helpful wait staff! Worth the walk from Fremont. Update: I went back in 2021 and the food was just as good. The restaurant has become very popular and the wait times are long. Not much seating so don't be in a hurry.
